Showroom Upgrade: FAQ

Common questions about the Showroom Upgrade.

FAQ

Question

Answer

Do I need to relearn my whole process?

No. Seven of the eleven steps are unchanged or a minor change. Four are new ways of working: navigation, option details, pricing and mobile.

Will the links I have already sent buyers stop working?

No. Current Showroom experiences continue working, and the link format is unchanged.

Do option prices or option setup change?

No. Options and pricing are set up exactly as they are today. Nothing has to be re-entered or re-mapped.

Where did the price bar at the bottom go?

Into the header of the options panel, where it stays visible the whole session. Individual option prices now also sit on the option cards themselves.

How do I get to one specific option quickly?

Use search (⌘ + K on Mac, Ctrl + K on PC). It now returns categories and subcategories as well as individual options, so you can land on a whole section.

How do I make sure nothing has been missed?

Review Selections → Option Upgrades for what they changed, then All Options for the complete list including base selections.

Can a buyer really configure on a phone now?

Yes. The phone gets the full configurator, including review and lead capture form.

Is the marketing Showroom on our website changing?

The marketing experience (Showroom Intro) and the sales experience stay separate products. This upgrade is the sales experience.

Do we need new webhooks or integrations?

No new webhook or integration mapping is required.

When does the feature move?

Migration starts behind a feature flag at the beginning of November and runs to February 2027.
