Showroom Upgrade: Walking a Buyer Through Share, Brochure and Mobile

Share the configuration, sales brochure, and the full configurator on a phone or tablet.

Walking a buyer through the New Showroom (continued)

This section follows one appointment from start to finish. Each step tells you what stays the same, what is different, and what to do.

Share the configuration

Status: Minor change, available earlier on.

Share is visible in the top right while configuring. Click Share and you get the same two choices as today: copy the link, or send it straight to an email address. The link format is unchanged, and links you have already sent keep working.

The Share plan dialog: copy link, or send via email.

Sales brochure

Status: Minor change.

Brochure and plan documentation are produced the same way, and can be accessed from the top right in Showroom next to Share.

On a phone or tablet

Status: New way.

Today

The phone experience is essentially a viewer. You get VISUALS and OPTIONS tabs and can look at the exterior, interior and floor plan, but you cannot realistically configure a home on it.

After the upgrade

The phone gets the full configurator. The 3D viewer sits at the top with a drag handle, and the same panel you use on desktop — plan name, price, search, navigator, option cards with descriptions and prices — scrolls underneath it. Review Selections and Share are in the header, and the complete Plan Review and Customer Info flow works on the device.

Upgrade: the full configuration panel on a phone, not just a viewer.

What this unlocks

Walking a model home with a buyer and configuring on the spot, instead of returning to the desk.

Handing your phone or tablet to a buyer so they can explore while you talk.
