Working with Higharc

Overview

To help you get a sense of what it’s like for a Builder to partner with Higharc, the information below provides a brief summary of what to expect.

Exploration

When embarking on the initial stages of a relationship between a Builder and Higharc, conversations will focus on early dialogues among key stakeholders from our teams. The objective is to gain deeper insights into your operational methodologies and to assess the potential for a mutually advantageous partnership.

During this phase, you have the chance to experience Higharc’s software firsthand through personalized demos. These sessions are designed to address any inquiries you may have and illustrate how Higharc can specifically benefit you. Topics commonly explored include, but are not restricted to:

  • Cost considerations

  • How different departments work together (sales, procurement, field)

  • Ways to reduce your cycle time

  • opportunities to optimize your plan library and option offerings

Agreement to Partnership

Once a contract is signed to work together, you can expect the following milestones to be met:

1. Project Kickoff

Project Kickoff commences immediately following the contract signing, and is aimed at solidifying the relationship between the Builder's key stakeholders and Higharc’s dedicated internal team. During this time, a Customer Success Manager will be assigned to guide your team through the onboarding journey and as you start using Higharc for building and selling homes.

We will establish clear lines of communication and commence gathering necessary documents in preparation for our inaugural kickoff meeting.

2. Align

This phase presents an opportunity to align a Builder’s business objectives with Higharc and devise a launch plan tailored to a specific Builder’s needs.

The Higharc team will delve into your current workflows across all departments, outlining the overarching changes that will accompany the shift to the Higharc Platform. Conceptual Training is provided across all departments and levels within your organization to set expectations and enhance alignment.

Simultaneously, your A&D staff will collaborate with their Implementation Lead to initiate the development of an implementation strategy for the account, which includes creating a Central Data Model and implementing the initial plan.

3. Platform Setup

The culmination of all information gathered in the previous phases leads to the Platform Setup phase, where Higharc delivers a Builder Hub and formulates a Training Strategy. Plan production commences alongside comprehensive training sessions covering all aspects of the platform.

During this phase, the Higharc team will also fulfill contractual obligations by delivering configurable models and Construction Documents as required.

4. Continued Success and Support

Once a Builder's initial plans are delivered and their account is established, the relationship with the Higharc Account team persists to support future deployed communities and company objectives. Higharc remains committed to delivering exceptional support throughout our partnership with builders, including quarterly business reviews, site visits, future co-marketing opportunities, and more.
