How Higharc Works

Higharc is committed to an open data ecosystem for the homebuilding industry. This document outlines features in development from Higharc to populate data from and to industry leading ERP or CRM tools. The goal of these efforts is to reduce tedious data entry or opportunity for inaccurate data to persist between systems.
Plan Hierarchy
How a Studio Document eventually becomes a Home Plan.
At the core of Higharc is the Studio document. When a Studio document is used to create a Master Plan, Community Plan, or Home Plan, certain data, such as Options (pricing, availability, descriptions, etc), can be overridden to make community or lot-specific changes.
The building that we generate from these plans can be used to create a variety of generated assets, which stay in sync with your Studio document. PDF plan sets, sales brochures, elevation thumbnails, CAD export, are all kept in sync. Many of the data fields in the diagram below are updated automatically through re-publishing of the Studio document.
