Customized Sales Categories

Sales Categories allow options to be grouped into customizable categories and sub-categories, which are then displayed in Showroom. To get started, click on the “Marketing” tab from the Builder dashboard or any plan page.
By default, option categories are inherited from Studio files. To revert back to the default option categories, click the “Show Default Values” toggle at the top of the page.
To add a new sales category, click “+Add Category” at the top of the page.
To add a new subcategory, click “+Add Subcategory” next to the category to which it should be added.
To change the order in which sales categories or subcategories appear, drag and drop them into the desired order.
To display a specific category in 3D or Plan view by default, click on the “3D” or “Plan” toggles next to the category name. By default, the view is set to whichever setting is chosen by a Showroom user.
To edit an existing category or subcategory, click on the three dots next to the category name.
Note: The Design category contains elevations and palettes and cannot be modified.
The categories and subcategories created in Marketing apply to all active master and community plans within a builder account.
