Options can be broadly split into 2 types, option sets and option upgrades.

An option set is like a set of radio buttons (or a drop down list). One value can be selected from several in the set:

An option upgrade is an on/off check box. These are created from a Toggle Option in Studio. Tick the checkbox to enable it:

Options are created in the Options tab of the Project Browser in Studio. To learn more see Options and Elevations section of the Knowledge Base.

When homebuyers select one or more options that satisfy the conditions of an Option Rule trigger, the associated option effects will automatically be enabled.

Hovering over the info icon next to an option affected by a rule provides a summary of the rule.
