🖼️ For Sales & Marketing

⚙️ Config

Lot Option Templates

  • The Option Catalog now allows Lot Option Templates to be configured in mass for a given set of locations. This speeds up workflows related to lot-specific configurations, such as disabling a specific elevation across all plans assigned to a set of lots. To see this update, a hard refresh may be required while viewing the Option Catalog. For more information, refer to this Help Article.

Master Plan Base Prices Revert

  • Master Plan base prices now can be set to $0. This update also reverts a change from the previous week that allowed base price inheritance in downstream plans. Now base price is only inherited during location plan creation, as it had before, to avoid confusion.
