June 24, 2026 📐 Sharper Tools: Roof Inspector & Community Maps

Higharc Release Notes

Highlights:

Update to the Studio Roof Inspector UI — The Roof Inspector is now split into two tabs: Shape for overall massing and Eave & Rake for edge-specific settings. Easier to navigate, no changes to how you model.

Community Maps Update — Customize lot type labels, add Lot Series to the lot popup, control elevation and palette visibility separately, and maps now open at a zoom that fits all lots in view.

Custom Fields in Automated Email Response — Custom fields from public web lead forms are now included in the staff notification email, so your team gets the full lead details up front.

🖼️ For Sales & Marketing

Config Updates:

Custom Fields now included in Automated Email Response

  • Custom fields are now included in the automated email sent to staff when a public web lead is submitted.

Community Maps Update

  • The labels shown for Spec and Model lot types can now be customized across the sales map, lots table, filters, and lot details. To configure, go to Settings > Sales > Maps. Custom labels have a max limit of 15 characters.

  • Lot Series is now available as an optional field in the community map lot popup. It appears below Lot Type and can be enabled under Account > Maps > Lot Details on Public Map.

  • Sales maps now load with a default zoom level that fits all lots in view, both in Higharc and when embedded on a builder website.

  • Elevation and palette visibility on the public sales map are now controlled by separate toggles. Previously a single setting controlled both but one can now be hidden without affecting the other.

Option Catalog (Beta)

  • Detached plans are now in a separate filter in the Option Catalog, under Advanced Filters and their contents are hidden by default in the Usages view.

Fixes!

  • Fixed the lot list 'Select All' checkbox to respect active filters so the selection count matches the filtered lot count.

Showroom Updates:

Option Description Update

  • Added a new info modal that allows users to view more information and imagery about options via an informational icon on the option itself.

Floorplan Views Update

  • Floorplan rendering now uses the same engine as your printed plan sheets, so what buyers see in Showroom is consistent with your construction documents. As part of this change, you may notice cosmetic differences in how floor plans display.
