Room Layout instances can be added to Modeling Component Definitions.

Unit-Instance overrides are not supported, meaning the room layout instance will be identical for all Modeling Component Instances of the same type.

Stair runs and landings can now be hosted on an Edge or Datum inside a component.

The Viewport will now automatically recenter on the component definition when entering Isolated Editing Mode, making it easier to edit the relevant content.

Added Reportable Unit Label Filtering to the Live Plans Data Table for Flooring, Walls, Opening Trim, Millwork, Electrical, and Framing.

Instantiate upon creating a new component — When you create a new modeling component, an instance of that component is now placed automatically as you exit isolation mode, with a banner confirming the action. This only happens for newly-created components — it will not auto-instantiate every time you exit isolation mode on an existing one.

Deleting a component definition that still has instances now follows a clear detach pattern: existing instances are bulk-baked in place so geometry isn't lost. This uses the same banner pattern already used for document references.

Creating a new component now also copies the levels referenced as the datum of any stair-block runs or landings inside it, alongside the existing level-copying for rooms, stair bases, and railings. Stair-block runs and landings now generate correctly inside components without manual level setup.

Annotations hosted on a level, room, or other entity are now preserved when copying that content into a component, including a clear path to migrate level-hosted annotations into component-level annotations.

Fixed targeted Porch Settings applied inside a component being respected in isolation mode but not on component instances. Targeted porch changes now propagate to every instance.

Fixed skylights disappearing when a roof component was referenced into a second file. Skylights now persist across document references.

Fixed instance-specific Edge Modifiers tied to Option conditions not firing when set at a Component Instance Option Set. Modifiers now trigger on instances the same way they do on standalone Option Sets.

Fixed Estimate reporting a CMU stem-wall foundation as CIP when Foundation Settings = Stem_wall_CIP. The CMU assembly is now reported correctly, and the duplicate CIP+CMU edge fighting on the freeform foundation part is resolved.

Fixed the brick ledge being non-functional on Freeform Foundations when the brick-ledge offset was less than 2.5".
