⚠️ Annotation Catalogs Have Moved to the Drawing Catalog — The Annotation Catalogs section has been retired from Settings, and all of your existing annotations are now in Catalogs → Drawings → Annotation Drawings. The migration is automatic and nothing is lost: your labels and plan visibility behavior carry over exactly as before. Going forward, you'll create and manage all annotations from the Drawing Catalog alongside your other drawing templates.
✏️ For Design & Drafting
⚠️Annotation Catalogs have moved from Settings to Catalogs
The Annotation Catalogs section previously found in Settings has been retired and all existing annotations have been automatically migrated into Catalogs → Drawings → Annotation Drawings. Your labels and plan visibility behavior are preserved, you'll just manage everything from the Drawing Catalog going forward.
Model-Hosted Annotation Drawings
Drawing Templates can now be placed directly in model space.
Attach annotation drawings to rooms or levels and they'll appear consistently in any view that includes that element, without needing to manually place them on every sheet. Author annotations at the intended view scale in the Drawing Catalog and place them anywhere, including plans, elevations, sections, and sheets.
Use one annotation template that adapts to multiple drawing types.
Individual elements within a template can carry different labels, so a single annotation drawing adapts across drawing types. For example, a general notes block can show the full set of construction notes on a permit set, a condensed version on a sales drawing, and none at all on a conceptual plan, without maintaining separate templates for each.
Custom Room Tags for Live Plans
Added labels support for custom room tags, enabling a single Room Tag template content to adapt to multiple scenarios.
Header Selection & Assembly Overrides
Headers over openings can now be directly selected in 3D views when the wall framing layer is visible. Use the associated header inspector to view & override the header assembly on individual openings.
Fixes!
Fixed an issue where elevation PDF exports would fail when global Bounding Box auto note placement was enabled. Affected elevation sheets will now export successfully.
Fixed the Mass Edit Options modal closing immediately after editing a field, allowing users to make multiple edits in a single session.
Fixed an issue where drawing viewports appeared blank when a drawing contained only annotations.
Fixed UI not updating the Active Options bar after duplicating a Global Settings Set.
Fixed rotated drawing instances not mirroring correctly when model garage handing is changed.
Fixed curb lines being intermittently missing from the foundation plan at garage and portico locations. All curb lines now render consistently across models.

Home Plan Category Update
The "Closed" home plan category has been renamed to "Inactive" to eliminate ambiguity.
Showroom Intro Sharing Improvement
Floorplan Updates
Floor plan rendering now uses the same engine as your printed plan sheets, so what buyers see in Showroom is consistent with your construction documents. As part of this change, you may notice two differences in how floor plans display:
Walls below the plan's cut height no longer appear in the floor plan view. This matches sheet behavior, where geometry beneath the cut plane is not shown.
Solid railings are no longer rendered in the floor plan view, consistent with how they appear on printed sheets.
Fixes!
Fixed broken Studio File links in the Detached Plans section of the Community Plans tab. Links now navigate to the correct Studio File instead of a generic .home file.
🧾 For Estimating
Doors Operation Type Attribute Added
The Doors category in Estimate now include an
Operation Typeattribute, sourced directly from the door catalog. Use this attribute to narrow in on the hardware required at each unique door conditionWhen an Operation Type is not defined in the door catalog, this attribute will default to “Single”
Fixes!
Addressed an issue causing select adjacent floor components to be combined into a single component.
