Room edge labels are now visible in 3D when rooms are selected, making it easier to understand edge numbers.

Redesigned the View Inspector UI to improve structure and navigability, making it easier to configure editor views.

These changes apply to elevation, section, and 3D view inspectors — not just plan views.

The inspector and pop-up layers menu have been standardized to use three tabs for consistency, though the layers within each tab vary depending on the view type.

The User Management interface has been upgraded to support Location-scoped permissions. This will allow users to limit view/edit access to specific locations, child locations, and plans at the role or individual user levels.

Location-scoped permissions can be managed within the User Management tab’s new “Resources” screen, or from the “Permissions” tab when configuring a specific Location or Location Plan.

This allows you to limit access to employees based on their relevant location or regional scope (e.g. a Division or Regional Manager role), or any other location-based boundaries your business operates on.

When adding a home plan to a location with many community plans, the selection modal now offers a compact vertical list layout with a search. This makes it faster to browse and select from large plan libraries without scrolling through a grid of cards.

Fixed an issue where option sets moved to a new sales category appeared in the middle of the existing list instead of at the bottom. Relocated option sets now preserve the existing sort order and append to the end of their new category.

Facade trim entities are no longer reported in the Exterior Finish category, eliminating a potential source of overcounting.

Exterior trim is still reported via the Exterior Trim category with information about the length & profile of each trim component. New Material, Width & Depth attributes provide additional information about these trim components.

Updated the existing Exterior Trim category so that components are correctly trimmed by openings and match the model geometry. The trimming behavior of openings can be customized in Studio via facade trim settings.

When viewing a studio file in Estimate, you can now use Select Version to see a list of published versions and select the version to load in Estimate.
