March 17, 2026 ⚙️ New Live Plans Document Controls in Config

Higharc Release Notes

🖼️ For Sales & Marketing

Live Plans now has additional document control from Config!

  • Ability to edit global parameters, so that you no longer have to open Studio to make small changes before exporting documents

  • New toggle to hide disabled content, so that when Config options are disabled, the Plan sets omit disabled content. This applies to any Live Plans item using Building State Overrides, including Viewports, Tables, and more.

CSV import now warns on orphaned option sets

  • We now display a warning during CSV import when option sets exist in the database but are not present on the master plan. Previously, these orphaned option sets would produce blank deltas in the import preview and update values in the database that did not correspond to anything on the master plan. Now, these rows are skipped and a warning is shown so users can review them.

Use Wall Structure Condition to determine Insulation Location

  • Use the new Left Room Condition & Right Room Condition attributes in the Wall Structure category to determine which walls require insulation.

  • Reports if the space on either side of a wall is conditioned based on how the Room Enclosure is defined.

    • When Room Enclosure = Conditioned, the room will be reported as CONDITIONED

    • When Room Enclosure = Exterior, None, Open, or Unconditioned, the room will be reported as UNCONDITIONED

Fixes!!

  • Resolved missing option set and option names on the Marksystems import results page, where some rows previously displayed blank values instead of the expected names.

🧾 For Estimating

Improvement to Adding Custom Components

  • You can now specify if you want to add a custom component to all plans or just the current plan you’re on. When creating the custom component, select “all plans” in the first checkbox if you want this component to be added to all plans.

Fixes!!

  • The Material attribute of the “Interior Finishes with Openings” category will now respect materials defined by Room Type in the Interior Material Palettes.
