Custom Hierarchy is now Available for All Customers
Custom Hierarchy is now available for all Customers. Existing communities and community settings will not be impacted. This update provides the ability to add optional layers of location hierarchy (e.g. regions or phases) and improvements to the user experience in configuring locations.

Home Plan IDs can be Controlled to Prevent Updates
The automatic update of home plan IDs when they are placed on a lot can now be suppressed. To suppress the updated, navigate to Account Settings > Sales > Home Plans.
Below are examples of how this setting impacts home plan IDs:
Home Plan P-25 normally becomes L-125 when it's placed on Lot 125.
When disabled, its ID would remain as P-25 when placed on Lot 125.
Home Plan L-126 becomes L-457 when moved to lot 457.
When disabled, its ID would remain as L-126 when moved to Lot 457.
