January 21, 2026 🧮 Higharc Procure is now Higharc Estimate

Higharc Release Notes

🧾 For Purchasing & Estimating

Estimate is the new name for Procure. We renamed Procure to Estimate to better reflect the core purpose of the product: dynamic takeoffs and computation of a bill of materials estimate. Only the name has changed — all features, data, and access stay the same.

Fixes!!

  • Ceiling components can now be individually selected for validation purposes.

  • Resolved issue where Room Layout Doors and Windows aren't selected in the 3D canvas view.

🖼️ For Sales & Marketing

The Home Plans tab now displays the name of the customer for spec and model home plans

Previously, Spec and Model homes listed their designation in the Customer column. Now, the lot designation and customer name are separated into two columns. Column visibility can be modified by clicking on the three dot menu at the top right of the home plans table.

  • Before

  • After

Detached home plan information can now be modified from the Location Plans tab

  • Detached home plan information, such as base price and option data, can now be modified from the Location Plans tab. If a home plan is detached in a specific location, enabling the “Detached Plans” toggle will show their detached location plans. Clicking on a detached plan opens the option configuration menu for the given home plan, while clicking the ellipses menu allows editing of the plan name, base price and settings.

🧑‍💻 For API Users

Webhook Response Update

  • Webhook responses now include names and IDs of the full location hierarchy in the response body, rather than just the name and ID of the location to which the home plan is tied. Levels of the hierarchy that are disabled are not included in the webhook response.
