Inline image or asset references without any content will now appear with a red anchor so that their placement can be more easily determined

Added a new Preview tab to Drawing Template Inspectors that contains the

View Scale setting. This setting controls how the drawing template content will appear when previewing it. See the November 12 release notes for more information.

Removed the ability to style the line style & weight of annotation linework in View Templates. Linework style & weight are always defined on the annotation instance.

The text styling for Roof Ridge Vent Annotations & Roof Skylight Annotations that are defined in Plan View templates will now be respected in viewports.

Resolved an issue preventing the numbers associated from three & four way electrical controllers from appearing in electrical schedules

To enable Companies and Regions, go to Account Settings > Location settings and click the toggles to enable the location type. Adding a Company or Region adds a level of hierarchy above divisions and follows the same inheritance patterns as the existing hierarchy.

Location settings allow locations to be renamed so that they better reflect unique business units. To rename a location type, click the pencil icon → type in a new name → optionally assign a new icon → save. Renaming a location will only modify how it appears throughout the app - it will not change the location’s placement in the hierarchy or change the name of the location type in the Higharc API. To reset a name back to its default, click the pencil icon → click the Reset button under Display name.

Location types that have active locations within them cannot be disabled.

Lot and map visibility are now controlled by two different settings. For optimal setup, enable maps and disable lots on Communities that contain phases with lots assigned to them.

When pricing is enabled on Sales Brochures, the Total Price line is now shown below all other totals. If there is a price adjustment and a description, the description will be shown below the adjustment.

Additionally, toggle options whose base is “off” are now automatically hidden from the options page on the brochure if they are not selected.

Flashing has been added as a new entity to Procure. It will include the following attributes:

Structure Type has been added as a new attribute for Flooring to describe whether it is a framed floor or concrete slab beneath the flooring.

Adjacent Material has been added as a new attribute for Soffits to describe the material of the wall touching the soffit

Base structure has been added as a new attribute for Wall Structure to describe whether it is a framed floor or concrete slab beneath the wall structure.
