āļø For Design & Drafting
View scales for drawing templates are now available to support more intuitive drafting for construction details
Similar to view scales for plan, elevation & section views, this scale determines how content will appear in the working view of a drawing template. View scales & viewport scales are managed separately. Drafting views of any scale can be placed in viewports with any scale.
Use the new 1ā-0ā=1ā-0ā scale to view content in the same way itād appear when placed directly on a sheet.
Other Improvements
Annotations for Section drawings now support mirrored Option states
Added the ability to change the minimum vertical spacing between level markers
Studio will now force a save (which normally occurs every few seconds) right before a document is published, to prevent a race condition from occurring if an edit is made and the document is quickly published before the next save.
Fixes!!
Resolved an issue that prevented template-specific parameters used in conditional statements on Drawing Template from functioning correctly
āš¼ļø For Sales & Marketing
New "Sales Agent Lead" User Role
We have added a role that sits in between Sales Agent and Sales Manager in terms of capabilities. This new āLeadā role has the capabilities of a normal Sales Agent, plus the ability to assign other agents to Locations & Home Plans. Full changes from the base Sales Agent role:
Adds the ability to configure any Home Plan in Showroom, not just those assigned to the sales agent
Adds the ability to assign a Sales Agent to a home plan
Removes the option to set pricing visibility
Removes the option to detach a Home Plan
Removes the option to change the associated lot
Documentation Download Permissions Updates
Documentation permissions now include additional user roles and permission inheritance.
Plan Set export permissions can now be set for Sales Managers and Sales Team Leads.
All Sales Managers have export permissions to all plan sets by default to mirror previous functionality.
These permissions are hierarchical.
Sales Agents can only export documentation for which they have permissions.
Sales Team Leads can export documentation for which they and Sales Agents have permissions.
Sales Managers can export documentation for which they, Sales Team Leads or Sales Agents have permissions.
Existing Sales agent permissions to documentation or other exports are unaffected by this change.
Other Improvements
A summary of changes to options when a Home Plan is updated can now be viewed and downloaded in a CSV format from the Home Plan activity feed.
Location pages now show a roll-up of home plans tied to their child locations, alongside information about the plan and location those home plans are tied to.
Fixes!!
Sales Categories with options assigned to them can no longer be deleted.
š§¾ For Purchasing & Estimating
Workbooks in Procure
You can now create multiple workbooks to house your estimation methodology. Each workbook contains its own measure groups and resource mappings and work completely independently of each other.
To view an estimate for a plan, select the plan from the landing page, and then select the workbook youād like to use to compute the estimate.
You will now see in the top left corner which workbook is currently being used. You can also use this to change between workbooks.
To examine which measure groups and mappings are in a workbook without the context of a plan (what used to be the āAll Measuresā view), click on a workbook from the landing page. You can also reach this view by closing the active plan.
The Area output for Building Areas can now be used in filters when creating a measure group.
Copy builder function for Procure can now copy measure group definitions between accounts. This function currently copies the following when used:
Item list
Cost code list
Measure group definitions
Please note that the associated resource mappings for each measure group will not be copied.
