Condition attribute has been added to the Foundation Footings and Foundation Walls categories. The condition represents what the footing or foundation wall sits beneath (ex. HOUSE_GARAGE or HOUSE_EXTERIOR).

Millwork and Trim have been modified to account for the actual length of trim. This differs from the previously exposed perimeter as for typical rooms, there is no trim where there are door openings.
