We're excited to share the latest Higharc release! Built with your feedback in mind, this update delivers a range of improvements that make the platform smoother, smarter, and more responsive. Whether you're a regular or occasional user, we think you’ll notice the difference.
And this is just the start—we’re planning to deliver similar sets of updates throughout the year to keep improving your experience.
Here’s what we improved:
✏️ For Design & Drafting
Override the Inherited Conditions on Document Referenced Entities
Wherever they are present, conditions are now inherited from the Document Reference where the entity was authored. This allows for centralized management of conditions in the Central Data Model when desired
If conditions need to be locally managed, users may override conditions without un-importing the entity from the Doc Ref. Overrides are indicated via the standard active/inherited UI.
Users may clear the overridden conditions to start inheriting the current conditions & any future updates from the Document Reference.
The new variant of the
Refbadge with an information icon (see GIF below) indicates where the content inherited from a Document Reference has been overridden. Click the link in thisRefbadge to open the selected entity’s Inspector in the Document Referenced Studio file.Note that the conditions on all existing Document Referenced entities will be shown in an overridden state. This ensures that the current conditions on all entities will be respected, even when the Document Reference conditions were intentionally modified or deleted in the local file. To start inheriting conditions & future updates from the CDM, clear the override as shown in the GIF below.
Selection Count display now supported with Casework multi-selection
