Fixed an issue where you could not add linework to an existing Room Layout.

Fixed overlapping text in price columns on the Sales Brochure.

Phase plans now inherit base price from their parent communities during creation. Note: phase base prices are not updated if the parent community’s base price is modified later.

Resolved an issue in which the “State” field appeared blank on existing records. Country selection now also defaults to US.
