DXF Import now supported!
With DXF import, you can now bring files created in other drafting software into Studio. Visit the Knowledge Center for more information on import workflows, including supported entity types & suggested applications for modeling & drafting.
Fixes
Fixed issues related to Document References
Addressed a number of items that contribute to issues with Document Reference workflows
Room Layouts
Eliminated the ability to make a local copy of a Document Referenced Room Layout or any entities within a Room Layout.
Entities cannot be locally added to a Document Referenced Room Layout.
Tags & View Notes for entities that are part of Document Referenced Room Layouts cannot be locally edited.
Groups
Eliminated the ability to make local groups of Document Referenced Settings Sets. If desired, groups of Settings Sets should be created within the Document Reference itself
If a Document Referenced Settings Sets that is part of a Group is un-imported, it will be removed from the Document Referenced group
If a Document Referenced Settings Sets that is part of a Group is duplicated, the new copy will be created outside of the Document Referenced group
Corrected the capitalization of window & door types that appear in the Studio banner during opening placement
